I find it much easier to shop for groceries now because I have a plan for what to eat and I'm not afraid of vegetables. Kathy showed me how to make each meal more healthful and fulfilling, without having to give up all my favorite foods.

    I started working with Kathy with the goal of completing a Half Marathon run. The first thing she did was evaluate my diet and put me on track to improving my energy level and making sure my body had the right nutrients to withstand the stress of additional exercise. Then we started gradually with walking and short runs. Before I knew it I was consistently running longer distances, with faster times, and I had energy to spare. I completed the Half Marathon with a great time and I'm excited to keep doing more.

    Kathy really makes me feel like my goals are as important to her as they are to me. And forget trying to wimp out of a workout! I think if I broke my leg, Kathy would just smile and say, "Okay, let's do upper body strength training." Kathy is determined to help you be your best.
